There are 27,472 registered solidarity economy enterprises (EES), benefiting approximately 1,807,060 individual members and partners, and 36,956 non-member workers, distributed throughout the national territory, who develop an extensive and significant variety and quantity of products and services. The Paul Singer Law resulted from Bill 6,606/2019 and was approved by the Chamber of Deputies in November 2024, after returning from the Federal Senate with amendments.
