Collaborator? Really? A worker?

Understanding the company as an organization and proposing a legal theory of organizations allows for new analyses of old themes, circumventing some tiresome displays of ruthlessness. A renewed perspective may be the solution to finding more fruitful paths to address social challenges. As the saying goes, for great ills, great remedies. Even classic disciplines, such as Business Law, especially Corporate Law, and Labor Law, can experience significant gains resulting from this reformulation of concepts, although we must recognize that defenders of old (classic?) or even stubborn positions also play an important role in the broad democratic dialogue; that is, they contribute as authors of innovative proposals. In the end, it shouldn't be a matter of winning, but of convincing.
