He works in the advisory and administrative areas, specializing in the business and labor law sectors. He was a member of the Board of Trade of Rio de Janeiro and Head of the Mediation Sector and Analyst of sanctioning processes at the Ministry of Labor and Employment in Rio de Janeiro. He is the author of, among others, the books *Ação fiscalizadora e processo administrativo-trabalhista*, *A disciplina do nome empresarial: natureza e tutela jurídica*, *Dano Moral*, *Jurisprudência Administrativa da Fiscalização do Trabalho*, *Elementos de Direito Comercial*, in addition to having several legal articles published in specialized journals and media. He holds a Master's degree in Business Law, Labor Law and Intellectual Property from UERJ, and is a lecturer and professor with experience at various institutions such as FGV, Ibmec, Emerj, and the Judicial School of the TRT-RJ. He is vice-president of the Humboldt Beneficent Society, which maintains Colégio Cruzeiro in Rio de Janeiro, and curator of the Business & Labor Law Clipping.
