He works in the advisory and litigation areas, specializing in corporate law, capital markets, and business litigation. He was a Director of the CVM (Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil) and Head of the Legal Department of the Commercial Registry of Rio de Janeiro. He is the author of the books “Opinions and Studies on Capital Markets and Corporate Law” (2026), “Conflict of Interests in the Corporate Environment” (2023), and “Business Law in the Superior Court of Justice” (2022), in addition to having several legal articles published in specialized journals. He holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Commercial Law from PUC/SP. Visiting Scholar in Columbia Law School, He is a speaker and responsible for the capital markets module of the LLM program at FGV/RJ and was a visiting professor at PUC/RJ (2020/2022). He is the director and founder of IDMCap – Institute of Capital Markets Law, as well as a member of the Capital Markets Commission of the OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro chapter).
