He works in both litigation and consulting areas, specializing in Business, Civil, and Procedural Law. He holds a Law degree from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF). He was a Legal Resident at the Niterói Municipal Attorney's Office. He has postgraduate degrees in Advocacy from the Federal Fluminense University (UFF) and in Public and Private Law from the School of Magistrates of the State of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ). He is the author of legal articles published in several books and specialized journals. He is the president of the Corporate Law and Capital Markets Committee of the 16th Subsection of the OAB/RJ (Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro section).
